FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Jennifer founded the Unplugged Coalition in February 2025 and has been pivotal to the Smartphone Free Childhood movement, leading political engagement in 2024 and acting as a regional leader in London and Surrey. She speaks nationwide with PAPAYA about the impact of smartphones on children and is a frequent media commentator.
A former Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on energy and business, Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in public policy and strategy. Before her government roles, she served as legislative affairs director at a membership organization and worked for Ofgem.
Previously, Jennifer was managing director of a professional services consultancy and corporate affairs director. She graduated from Central College of Iowa and the London School of Economics and has worked in local government and multinational companies.
Since leaving government, Jennifer has worked for National Grid ESO on transitioning to National Energy System Operator, collaborated with World Kinect Corporation on clean fuels, and helped launch new telecommunications products.
